I think Canada's are on general licence? but I'm not sure about foreign cuntries

Do you have to ask them for their passports before you shoot them? If not, how do you know they're Canadian?

 

As for Canada geese, they are covered under a general licence. Have a trawl round, search for "general licence Wales" and you should find plenty of info!
