Country Joe 1,411
Thank you for your interest in Tracer Lithium Battery packs. I have just checked with our service department and out of the thousands sold we have not had a single return due to a connection problem. We have had feedback that there may be a potential problem and have passed this to our engineers as we do all customer feedback. As far as I know there are no plans for any immediate changes. Received today from Deben. This was the email I received from Deben, after reading posts on here about connection problems with these batteries,as they are expensive, and if you are forking out that amount of Dosh you want something that is reliable, there have been excellent posts on how to change the connections, but really you should not need to do this with a new product, but as you can see from the above email Deben are not going to do anything, more or less saying there is no problem. Country Joe 1,411
As Deben are not willing to do anything to improve the connection, maybe its about time some other firm started making them, I have also heard that Deben's after sale service is shit. Quote Link to post
