Whats your views on this topic mostily for the irish lads. I would have more respect for them if they were honest about it and said" I dont give a f**k about seasons ,or fair slips, I just want to chase hares ,and the more I catch however they are caught, the happier I am." Instead of all this shit about, "just bringing a pup on ","got to keep the numbers down , pest control "etc. I had a pop at lads on YOU TUBE ,who put a clip up of two dogs coursing a hare, from a kickup , the ground was covered in deep snow, they talked about it like it was some accomplishment,I said it was unsporting and was accused of being an anti. To many w*****s,and wannabees in the game now. 4 Quote Link to post

I said not getting at YOU personally and if you read the replys can see most people dont do it. there is a squad from there that are doing it for years. Why not let the dog mature first leave him til about 16 mths then school him on the fit hares. undisputed 1,664
Summer hunting is the way to go...you can get out with your shorts and a T shirt on and not worry about getting your White trainers dirty. Another bonus is the quarry has slowed down cause they are full of young and you can get your numbers up. Summer is the new winter Quote Link to post
