Maximus Ferret 2,063 Posted April 4, 2011 Report Share Posted April 4, 2011 (edited) Hi Jigsaw, ear mite infections usually occur because the structure of the dogs ears makes it hard for air to circulate in and out. That's why it's often floppy eared dogs like spaniels and retrievers that get them. Once you find something that gets rid of the mites keep a good lookout for them returning and get them before they get established. Good luck with it. Your white saluki looks a real beaut.
