paulus 26
A spar at snipe. is that possible? i tried it for a couple of seasons a long while ago, with a female the first season and musket the next. they only way i think it might be possible is if the bird can outrise the snipe due to its increased wing area. they are just not quick enough in strieght flight contest. Fletcher 0
A spar at snipe. is that possible? The Game Conservancy Trust says the snipe population has declined by about 62% over the past 20 years, well I probably put up a dozen every time I'm out, the harris doesn't even flinch when they rise anymore and I've often thought it would be good sport with a spar. Maybe one day I'll find out for myself. Quote Link to post
