gnasher16 30,118 Posted April 3, 2011 Author Report Share Posted April 3, 2011 Well it was a good game,no complaints at the result,though i thought the big decisions went against us ( Vidic not getting sent off and Matt Upson conceding a penalty for a ball being kicked against his arm from point blank range ) But in fairness Man Utd looked like they could go up and down the gears as they pleased they turned it on when they needed to and we couldnt cope so fair enough....still took a lot of pride in the fact a team that started with 8 English players,6 of which were London lads could compete with the worlds best. Then it was on to the York Hall in the evening,my pals son fought on the John Murray undercard,for the boxing fans Billy Morgan is a name for the future,hopefully Good weekend of sport overall....i said at half time Rooney was looking dangerous....he showed he is top class with a ball at his feet but has no class in other ways....you can take the kid out of the council estate but you cant take the council estate out of the kid !
