Attack Fell Terrier 864
“I want to warn people in the area that these dogs are dangerous.†It's a shame the young girl has lost her pet but Cats can be dangerous to other animals as well, so why are they allowed to roam about?

bobslurchers 1
I don't really understand how this was considered news worthy, if the people let their cat roam free its a risk they should be willing to take. I could understand if the bloke set his dogs on the cat but I am guessing this was an accident, especially as he brought the body back for the cat owners. Cats are allowed everywhere with no rules attached, but there are also negatives like this for cat owners. My dog has narrowly missed grabbing a suicidal cat who jumped out an alley when I passed. I've seen cats approach dogs and take a swiped at them in the past, and the owners have had a right time trying to get away from it before the dog has bashed it about. Gaz_1989 9,539
A cat passes through my garden and over the dogs kennel every night at 3am ish and the dogs go mad. I'm putting new taller fencing up next week and I hope for the cats sake it doesn't take it by surprise because if the dogs catch it - it will be ripped in half by a russel and a lurcher pup. rikjd 8
my grandads whippets once ragged a neighbours cat they came round kicking off and just as he was talking to them he looked over their shoulder and they had the neighbours over cat in their mouths long story short they left still with the vets bill in their hands rather upset with the world in general, and iv owned cats and one of my cats got attacked by a dog and i still stand by the reasoning that if you let your pet out to roam then thats your own risk.
