He can always feed the meat in small enough portions that it is immediately consumed then remove it when they are done, so no meat goes off in the cage or just put it in at night and remove in the morning. Ferrets also eat different amounts so i'm sure he knows better than a book how much his ferrets eat. See. . . . you don't know it all! Quote Link to post

Did you actually read my post? they were eating less than a handful of food per day....my point was that even though they were eating LESS THAN A HANDFUL OF FOOD PER DAY, they were still getting fat. As in my experience people who feel the need to tell everyone everything, generally have something to proove.... its not preching its bulls*****ing people who go on at people and tell them how to look after their own ferrets and feed them are usually the ones sat on a nice comfy arm chair bring it back on track lol sorry ive not got any good deals on dry ferret food i feed mine raw all year round same as some people and just change times according usual overnight.
