DOVEY182009 12 Posted March 24, 2011 Report Share Posted March 24, 2011 I've been told by a few people that using detol burns the skinn around the wound and increases scar tissue and infact makes healing time longer although I used to use it in the past. Try get ur hands on some cream called skinn sure, halved the wounds healing time [bANNED TEXT] aplied after a good clean with whatever you use. Quote Link to post
kipperfox 7 Posted March 24, 2011 Report Share Posted March 24, 2011 get a vetinary skin stapler for any bad stuff,only cheap on ebay i use teramicin its blue in colour it is for infection however i just carry that in the van for as soon as i get into it. iwhen i get home any antibacterial solution salty warm water is as good as any, then start pencillin any penecillin in small doses works good for me as a trip to the dog doctor is simply to many questions. work em hard treat em like heroes!
