diggory 130 Posted April 4, 2011 Report Share Posted April 4, 2011 all depends on a mans standards. ive heard great things about certain terriermen only to be in shock when ive seen how low there standards are. same goes for lurchers. i think alot of lads have never seen a good terrier IMO. honesty is always the best policy with working dogs,im always curious when folk set off digging straight away to their so called wonderdogs...if its average its average...seen it all too often..personally i like a terrier attached to his/her quarry on breaking through ,whatever size shape breed alb Quote Link to post
Cold Ethyl 63 Posted April 6, 2011 Report Share Posted April 6, 2011 Patterdales cos they dont care they have all the balls of a terrier but great family dogs too handy if theyre in the house.I adore Blitz she doesnt work anymore shes too old now but theyre not a novice dog for sure seen a lot of pet bought patterdales and seen what happens when they get bored of being a pet lol.Had loads through my dads rescue as well.One thing i will never ever have now after my dads terrier is a lakie x cos he does nothing but push his luck crapping in the house on beds and stuff and has now started to learn not too but still he nipped my daughter he gets too hyper and cant really control himself Quote Link to post
