scalesntails 118
maybe you could adapt something like this to fit the motorbike. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Biker-Set-Distance-Keeper-Walk-Dog-Ride-your-Bike-/150556593208?pt=UK_Pet_Supplies_Dogs&hash=item230ddf4c38#ht_523wt_905 Quote Link to post
Paid 935
I use one of those with my mountain bike, wouldnt want to use it on a motor bike, much better doing what he is doing, and free running them behind the motor bike. ran a bitch years ago behind a moped, at 30 round a field for years, she never had a problem. Now prefer the mountain bike, as its also helping me stay fit. Quote Link to post
Paid 935
As to stoping the other dog going for the bike, or your legs, thats a hard one, can't help there. Maybe just a case of time, and getting her used to the bike. Quote Link to post
whippet08 8
Its a good idea until something gets up the otherside of the bike and dog cuts across your path. How tall is your beddy/whip? My pure whip weighs in about the same 36-37 lbs. He stands 19tts mate what about yours? Quote Link to post
whippet08 8
Cheers for all the replys, think i might get the old peddler out more often, although on my field the beddy x just stuck on basically the route we walk every day (open field) he was a good 20feet out while i took the inside line. lovely seeing him cruise, they look amazing side on full chat, think ill take the bitch out on the peddler as i could see what you lot say happening as she ran way to close, rich Quote Link to post

rob190364 2,594
If your dog is used to running behind a motorbike how do you know it's not going to run after a motorbike if one passes a field while you're out? Quote Link to post

Sometimes running isn't an option, especially after an injury when you have to build there fitness back up slowly. Quote Link to post
fox digger 1,086
i excercise mine with the quad a fair bit, loads of farmers round here have roads through their farms and i drive round them with the dogs jogging behind, dont run em flat out behind it tho as there are a few things that could go wrong, nice handy jogging does the trick and they love it.
