last night Cemetery fright

hi lads

 

me and ste planned to go out last night,he picked me you at 9.00 and we made are way to the cricket club,all the rabbits are very lamp shy here so ste got the snares out and pegged 7 out around the runs and bolts holes,after this we headed to are other permission,when we arrived not a bunnies in sight bloody full moon anyways as we do we got in are static location ste by one of the main warrens and me on a mound where the rabbits like to play hide and seek with us after 5 mins i gave it a lamp and i spotted to eyes when i heard something run behind me so i looked around and saw 3 men with a torch looking at me from the cemetery which is just next door to are permission i went to speak to ste to let him no there were 3 men lurking at the cemetery.first thing that came to mind grave diggers and i wasnt to happy as my nans buried there

 

so we looked though a gap in the tree and looked though are scopes ste said its a bloon which after a futher 5mins i saw the bloon but i no there was 3 men with a torch directly staring at me .

 

anyways we carryed on and no much showing its self,so we headed back to where the snares were,as we pulled up there were 2-3 rabbits hanging around so ste decided to give it foot and run like feck to try and get them in the snares,which didnt work as they got though the snares which we dont understand,ater a walk around to try find another run we found the one they were using

 

anyways we carried on and came to a rat hole which we did snare but nothing came out so ste was like a little farmer out came the spade and started digging i thought he was going to dig down under

 

 

the night came to a end at 2.30 with nothing in the bag but still a good night as always with ste

Mate you talk crap lol

 

Firstly you saw a ballon wich you mistook for some strange goings on, ran as fast as you could to me shouting my name because you were scared and felt all alone, scaring every rabbit for 2sq miles on sutch a still night :laugh:

(For anyone who thinks im joking I am not!)

 

Secondly no rabbits ran through the snares they ran through the massive run in the gap in the fence you forgot to mention :laugh:

 

I was digging that hole for you mate 6' by 2.5' and shallow so the crows can get to your eyes

Was good to get out , may aswel just gone for a walk tho

It was like day light last night and still and sound caried for miles, testing conditions to say the least especialy with very wary quarry, shure will do better next time.
