Offshore, in international waters would be rather different to the mouth of Dover harbor where bylaws are in force. I would be concerned others would take the noise as a distress signal, but I'll have a dig and see if I can find anything in my boating books. Quote Link to post

However, there is no law against shooting inanimate objects or other animals from motor boats, apart from the species protection status of course. Quote Link to post
