Billybob 1
My 14 month old lab is coming on very well, but when retrieving he sometimes stops about a metre away and messes about? I throw a tennis ball every other day for him and use a dummy regular, maybe 3 to 4 times per week and he is fine but with pigeons he has started to muck about. Any tips please to get him back to hand ? Cheers Billybob Quote Link to post

mungo preston 0
My Lab used to be the same, he used to mark the bird before impact and when found ran opposite direction with the bird,He acted as if it was a game but i just got him trained on 1 blast of the whistle and now he is as good as gold, Quote Link to post
