JPTfellterrier 65
just a little advice for future. Always use paypal. If you do not revieve your goods you can "open a dispute" after 20 days and the problem still hasnt be resolved you get your money back from paypal as you are insured up to A certian amount (couple 100 quid)
trooperman 73
you said through the bank was that bank transfer...if yes try the bank tell them what has happened and tell them you are informing the police...it is theft and they have a legal obligation to look into your complaint about the person...i had this with a wanker on another forum i paid by bank transfer they told me they would send a letter to the person and when i told them i was informing the police aswell the lady on the phone gave me her name and all relevent details to give the police...it took 2 months but i got my 485 quid back. paul
Leeview 791
I've mentioned this before acouple of years back another site I use has in place a set up whereby a deal like this you send your money to a 3rd party who informs the seller he has the money ,he then sends the goods to the buyer, on receipt of the goods the buyer lets the 3d party know hes received the goods and the money gets forwarded to the seller Paypal got mentioned under no circumstances send money through Paypal as a gift to avoid their fees, you have no chance of getting a penny back from Paypal as your not covered by them Y.I.S Leeview
