Guest cookiemonsterandmerlin Posted March 12, 2011 Report Share Posted March 12, 2011 After all the hard work of winter OSR shooting its nice to get into some birds with high numbers here some cracking bags to be shot in the coming weeks with beans to be drilled next week. Still tried some wheat drilling this morning with little intrest from woodies upped sticks and passed a small field at dinner time full of birds so a couple of calls and got the go ahead but time was pushing on . The birds where pulling in lovely and would have maanaged the ton if I been a couple of hours earlier but finnished with 46 full fat woodies . Cheers Cookie Quote Link to post

activeviii 8 Posted March 13, 2011 Report Share Posted March 13, 2011 Nice to see you over here mister. behave and no upsetting the mods :laugh: good job on the pigeons, sods law that you always find them a little to late. still, their there for another day. on a side note. your magnet, is it the shooting warehouse ultra light. if so, hows it on batteries and how light is it. i have the pinewood one but looking for a light weight for an old boy i shoot with.
