Amoxicillin or pennicillyn tablets

Ibruprofen works for muscle or pain relief, (metcam/petcam) is the same for inflammatory stuff. U can also use Calpol aswell.

 

Amoxicillin/Cephalexin/Synulux etc... Is an antibiotic for infection control etc....

 

Good old salt water on a wound with hydrogen peroxide diluted to clean the wound out is s good as anything.

Hi all just feeding the dogs and the 1 dogs leg is swollen and hes not putting it down .Had same probs years ago with another dog and had the above tablets and they sorted it in no time .If anyone can sort me out please pvt me

Recon it might be worth finding out whats wrong with it before you start treatmebt.

in the country mans weekly theres a ad from vetmeds direct.co.uk and metacam is £19.94 plus they sell lots of other stuff that might be handy in the future

 

Trouble is with vedmeds direct and the others is, they might have metacam, rimadyl and all that stuff there for that price, but you need a vets prescription. They had an advert in the Basc magazine.

GO TO THE VET AND GET METACAM its an anti inflametry.. amoxycillan and penicilan are for infections.. :thumbs:

Metacam is amoxicilin

 

Metacam is not amoxacillin it is meloxicam which is not an antibiotic when my pup broke its leg I had to give metacam and synulox at the same time the metacam for the swelling and the synulox for the infection :thumbs:

Sorry mate my mistake noroclav is amoxicilin metacam anti inflammitory my dog broke its leg as well

go to your local vet buy a bottle of it for about £10. inject him yourself :thumbs:

£10 are you haveing a laugh, think if you can get bottles for £10 pound every one on here will bye a bottle of you :blink:

i get it for under a tenner allways have a bottle in the shed foe emergincies :thumbs:
