would not even consider the idea,ok trusting they may be but shit often happens to a running dog and somehow feel i would hold them responsible, even if not their fault if something happened to my dog,

if i cant work me own dogs, ill give up working dogs

i agree with most, nobody works my dogs but me, my old man excersives them everyday and worked dogs since he was a kid back in the day but would never take off any of mine as the responsibility is too

I NEVER take anyone elses dogs out to work, its just not the same, but, I have let some friends take some of mine over the years..I had a dog called Pup, she was 11 months and had quite a few rabbits for that age, 15 was the most in one night, lent her to someone any she killed 34..a bitch I had called Ruby got her first fox when out with another guy, so I missed that one too, important things that I would loved to have been part of..but I lent them and I cant change that now..Now, I dont have friends so I wouldnt be lending any dogs out

Nobody ever takes my dogs out except ME. I have let my mum take one of mine out before and a previous boyfriend but even then i didn't like it, if something happened to my dog while out with someone else i would be hard pushed to forgive them. So much could happen it's just to risky. I don't like taking other peoples dogs out either as it's alot of responsibility.

Many years ago a friend who was older, I was eighteen had a wee bitch that was probably the finest hare catcher pre ban I have ever seen on small fields, anyway he said I could take her out, I kept her on the leash, and walked her 5 miles to good hunting ground that always had Hares, I let her of the leash, she took one look at me, and took off, On walking back I was worried sick what was I going to tell him,

On return when walking into the house, here was the Bitch lying on his couch in front of a roaring fire sound asleep.
