SNAP SHOT 194
glass on the hawkes is ok, i got the 10x40x50 1/8 min dot target, the only gripe i have is the tha turrets are pish and do not always return to zero after dialing up... snap. Quote Link to post
matt_hooks 188
Snap, sniper scopes they aren't. They seem pretty well designed to be zeroed in, and then left there. I have one on my PCP, and one on my .22LR, and I've not touched the turrets since I first zeroed them. They seem to take all the knocks and bumps, and just keep on doing the job. Apparently their customer services are excellent too. For the money I don't think you can go wrong, and people use them on spring powered air rifles, which are far worse for knocking the scope around than an HMR! I'd say if they're a good price, then go for it. You won't be disappointed (and no, I'm not an employee, or on commission!) Quote Link to post

Colster 1
I've always been a fan of Hawke scopes - except the HD Sport. Found them milky on high mag and the glass isn't that special on lower mags, don't get me wrong I know they're only a cheap scope but there are better scopes in that price bracket or buy second hand. I bought a second hand Simmons 8 Point for under £18 and the glass on that is seriously good. Quote Link to post
