Guest bullterrier Posted March 6, 2011 Report Share Posted March 6, 2011 as for selling dogs on this site what do you all think about that if you were only be allowed a set amount you can sell in a year on here am not on about a litter of pups because you can never say how many the bitch will have even if your keeping a few back for yourself and friends i hate it when people come on selling dogs saying there over dogged not mentioning any names but when you see some one selling two here another three a few months later there are a few people doing it simple answer just keep what you need its the poor dogs i feel for so how many dogs a year would you say was fair two dogs and one litter whats your thoughts on it .. ..john 2 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

john20465 0 Posted March 6, 2011 Report Share Posted March 6, 2011 there was a member selling 8 the other day saying he have to get rid of some of his dogs makes you think how many as he got think the for sale section would be better if a set number was made got similar problem got to either pack in hunting or look for a swap site been told from hospital unable to keep lurcher has have smashed collar bone he is bullcross wouldnt mind a swap for a terrier has i only hunt rabbits and rats and do no digging already have a terrier but unfortunately got run over last year so has few problems with working for long periods but still enjoy short hunting trips Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Of late the site has been looking into various things and we have decided to no longer support the peddling of pups and dogs. This also extends to those individuals that are only on this site for their own gain and only post to sell goods. Please take note that from today anyone perceived as being here to only make money will be declined membership. The site is for people to participate in, it is not a place to sell dogs and make money. If practically all of your posts are selling goods/dogs then im afraid you are no longer welcome here. This takes immediate effect and will be rigourously enforced. We urge people to think about the future of any pups they may breed. Can you find enough homes without selling the poor pups to any Tom, Dick and Harry on the net. Many thanks for taking time out to read this, and no genuine member will be under threat, only those that we feel are no longer for the good of this unique site.
