vinny1 0
Hi all, i have just got a little dog but not quite sure on her breed. Sounds strange i know. Was told she is a whippet but i think she's too small. She's 13 tts and 12 months old. What sort of size would a whippet be at that age? Pic below. Thanks Lynnette Edited March 6, 2011 by vinny1 Quote Link to post

Shazza 52
Definately not pure IG as thier legs are as thin as a pencil and shatter easily. (my friend has 4 and they are very frail looking, also rightly said they don't coma in brindle). From the pics it does look like a whippet pup, smallest KC whipp i've met was a 14tts female so could be a pure whippet. Nice pup though and should be quick enough for ferriting & bunnies Quote Link to post
BIG ZOOK 5
This is from her previous home Deffo whippet in that dog .That my friend is a fine lookng pup, strong legs and back.No way is it an italian greyhound .The only bother i have had with whippets is that ,they have so much ,courage, they can tear, injure themselves and still carry on.Next day is a different story.Great pup.BUT if that picture,is 13" high and 1 yr old then i`m stumped, going off the feet..
