New ferret

Took my young ferret out for the second time, found a warren with 13 holes so i set everything up and put her down she flushed two rabbits out then i decided to call it a day as it was getting fairly late but, she's going good she's doing what she suppose to do very pleased with her, am going out again today to give her another go but will be out a bit longer.

Thanks mate i'll definately be taking her out tomorrow, i would today but going to do a bit of fishing before it gets too cold over here, but yea can't wait to take her out tomorrow.

Well, instead of fishing i went ferreting lol, but it was pretty dissapointing nothing in the warren i put the young ferret in she was down there for a bit but surfaced so i put her down again she kept surfacing so, i thought i would give my buck ferret a go he is two years old and was given to me and had never worked before so i put him down to see what he was like and he is absolutely useless... He walks in the bloody hole then turns around and attacks the nets then walks out and starts trying to bite everyone so i put him away. Going to see how the two year old jill i was given goes now, she is not a playful natured ferret like the hob i was given she seems a bit more switched on but i suppose i just got to take her out and see how she goes, well atleast i got one good ferret so far and a few locals around the area have her siblings and they seem to be good workers aswell i've been offered another ferret from the same breeder for nothing so i guess i will take it and see how it goes, Hopefully good like the rest of the young ferrets out of the litter.
