028butlerboy 0
i use big ole pike plugs for rainbows mate, separates the big uns fae the fry A "big ole pike plug" to me is 12+" in length, not really a good lure for trout, whereas a small plug like a 2-3" rapala or big S would be more suited. Or try a mepps spinner they always produce the goods for me!! is there any particular breed of rapala, there are that many of them on the market its hard to know which does what niall_b73 Team Esko brown trout pattern (it imatates small fry really well) but be warned i have had large pike on this lure in the past!! Shouldnt imagine they allow worms. If so, he'd take the place apart. Probarbly best bait available, other than livebait.. Quote Link to post
