hunter1989 91
hello bill the camcorder is a full hd 40x zoom so it works very well buddy the camcorder was on a tripod that tilts so its easy to move in position for any shots. its a brilliant piece of kit but i think it is to hard to use it though the scope so i do it this way there was a very slight breeze but not alot at all buddy. i have 5 more vids to upload with different quarry i shot yesterday atb steve 1 Quote Link to post
zini 1,939
Hi Steve, I received your PM mate but was swimming with my 2 boys so haven’t got back to you yet with the answers to your questions. So here we go. Your camera the make and model that you sent me is a Sanyo full HDD model and mine is a Sony full HDD model so I also have looked for you and can’t find a docking base for you pal anywhere. Maybe they don’t have one for that model buddy. I’ve read all about your camera on the Sanyo site, here’s the link to it buddy for your interest http://sanyo.com/xacti/english/products/vpc_gh3/index.html Its spec differs from mine mate. Your photo stills are much better than mine but you don’t have night shot which is a shame as the quality in the day time is really good looking at the footage and reading the spec of the camera. Your optical zoom is only x 5 though with a 10 x double zoom if required and a x60 digital zoom which I would never use as you loose video quality. Just stick to the x5 or 10 optical zoom buddy for best footage. I must say though for 45 yards that x 10 zoom is pretty good as mine would look further away than that buddy and to be that close at 45 yards I would need to be on about x30 or x35. An example is a 50 metre target on x1 would look 50 metres away. A 50 metres target on x50 would look 1 metre away. Regarding the software I use its called Corel Video Studio Pro x2 and that’s what I use to do my slow motion with sound as you asked. Good shooting anyway on the woody. ATB Si Quote Link to post
