mackay 3,431
Ideal ferret food mate, never heard of a ferret refusing meat of any kind, and if you worried about mites and the like you.d feed them bugger all but the dry shit . Quote Link to post
Ferret mad Dave 65
A famous angler called Fred J. Taylor wrote book called "Favourite Swims". Each chapter was based on another anglers favourite place to fish and why. Richard Walker who held the Carp record for many many years wrote a chapter called "Rook Run" where he was given a sack of Rooks by a farmer. He hung them in a tree over the water. Went back three weeks later after the maggots had been dropping for a while and had a field day. Now that's a good idea Quote Link to post
StephOC 6
I've fed a rook I shot: no problem. Mites are largely species (or at least class) specific. I'd reckon freezing would kill the mites anyway. sorry I'm too far away to take them off you. Quote Link to post
Malt 379
I've never had a problem feeding corvids to my ferrets, wouldn't want to feed them too regular though.. A famous angler called Fred J. Taylor wrote book called "Favourite Swims". Each chapter was based on another anglers favourite place to fish and why.
