miles 227
Gazza, Captains sire was off F.H old stud dog "Duke" , sire to both Mac's "Rambo" and "Sherry" .."Charlie"s sire and dam, Duke was off "Laddie". Gazza's dam was Daz Hurdson's "Jan" off PM's Jock and Monty lines from Manchester way. Spindles was bred down from "Salty" and "Sooner" lines off one of Fred Prestons saluki bitches(same strain as Deacon) to a lurcher dog. 1 Quote Link to post

fieldmarshall 13
I've got a bitch out of fettle put back to splodge she is a good honest bitch but to be fair has never really been tested she is keen strong and about 26 tts but I work away and have done since I bred the litter so she just potters on with me doing a bit lamping and flushing I have no doubt she would have stepped up to the mark if I wasn't away had had the time to get her proper fit. I don't think there is many dogs out of splodge and even less bitches. I don't know of any other dogs or bitches a part from the ones I bred which there is 2 dogs and 1 bitch Quote Link to post
fieldmarshall 13
MY old bitch Visa is out of captin,,, maxhardcore off this site bred her using his coursing dog, bred from a pure saluki called tor of dartmoor. my bitch was allways good for two's, and ocastional three;s, but never to the standard of her sire,, or many other top coursing dogs,, i did lamp mine alot at the bunnys though,, and she was capable of good bags,,, and loved deer,, she's well past it now though at only 8 years,, 9 in july.. artheritis in her shoulder, and busted up toes from running stony ground at grantham. i have a few pics, ile put up heres captin most recent pic of my oldie heres her litter brother first time on the fen and another brother, and NO he didn't catch all these i have more pics Aye he just cought most of them lol he was a great dog and still likes a run now he was a very exciting dog to watch and would alway give a 110 percent in every thing he ran he is a pleasure to own in a few years time I might put him to my splodge bitch to carry his breeding on as it would be a crying shame to loose his lineage as there is some great dogs and bitches in there and I know max put a lot of thought in to the dogs that he selected to introduce to his blood Quote Link to post
speedie 329
asked on here before a dog called snatch was told he was litter brother to splodge owned by G.O. how would he compare to captain or splodge seen these dogs only on dvd look real top class Quote Link to post
