ftm 3,357
thought i would post an old picture up to show yous a nights lamping and the following mornings ferreting up here in northumberland .me and a mate had obtained a fair bit of rabbit control on a few farms adjoining each other and we got a phone call mid summer to say they were over run and the local keepers were planning to introduce mixy so me and a pal said we would be up on the friday night with the rifles and lamps. we took ferrets for the following day and what a time we had nice bit of rain and a slight breeze made for the best nights lamping ive ever had .if im not mistaken we took 162 rabbits in total over 100 with rifles [rapid 7 mk2 logun mk2] we sold the lot on the sunay in our local pubs/clubs at a quid each so we were happy the farmers were happy dont know about the keepers tho as we were told they were a miserable lot Quote Link to post
