Johnny85 50 Posted March 2, 2011 Report Share Posted March 2, 2011 You can't just pick a date and say you're holdin your show on that date,you'll have to take what ever date is left for you.There are clubs and groups running shows every weekend from may onwards,with the last few years on the same date each year,so its not a good idea to pick a date out of your head...if you want to get suported.Your best bet is to go to johnny85's show,which is the first show of the year,gather as much info from flyers as you can,and then try and pick a date.If you are lucky enough to get a free sunday,go buy a lotto ticket!!! best of luck spooky we had a date last year but it clashed wit one in cork is there any way to get the dates so we cant clash we had top class show ere in roscrea co tipperary last year wit top prizes Well Sorry lad I do not have the other dates yet. I'd say some clubs have not even thought about the show yet. I do know that most of the show oganisers (Hopefully) will come to our show and give out the flyers there. I went to a show every Sunday from 1st of May to 2nd of August last year. Except the weekend of the Welsh Game Fair, because I went to Welsh for the weekend. So as I say Hopefully all of these shows will support our show and can give out flyers then. Until then I not sure where you can get the dates. Good Hunting Johnny wat distance is racing johnny and how many dogs a time do u measure heights We have a great team of lads that run racing for us. We have a stretch of almost 280metres. We normally run about 200-250. This year we have a qualifier for te Master McGrath which is over 150m so we will prob run different distances. Dont measure but the lads taking entries always try get dogs of equal heights to race together. Have terrier racing as well. Good Hunting Quote Link to post Share on other sites
