Lab 10,979
my fella came home with a lab pup before xmas, full of worms and had constant diarrhoea for 3wks despite our best efforts, she is now in peak health and well proportioned, BUT she is a bit on the small side, she is around 15ins in height at 20wks of age! she isnt registered and the likehood of her having a dash of something else in the mix is likely even though she looks like a small lean build chocolate lab. any idea what height this pup will make? God knows 'gem......theres so many different shapes and sizes out there. Alot of these short legged 1's too which i dislike.... Be interesting to see how she turns out cause i have never seen a fit looking chocolate lab.... Quote Link to post

savagebulldog20 0
i was told there are 2 kinds of lab, the english bred ones and the american bred ones. the english bred ones are supoosed to have a shorter leg, shorter nose and bigger feet where as the american bred labs are supposed to have a longer leg, longer nose and smaller feet. it may well be bulls**t but thats what i was told a few years back at a shoot.
