longnetter 32 Posted February 26, 2011 Report Share Posted February 26, 2011 If you're just starting out ,mate, you need to go for one of the heavier nylon twine nets until you've got the hang of handling nets. I'd got for for 6Z at the lightest better 8Z or 10Z I've found 12Z can be a little too heavy. For goodness sake don't buy 4Z, I know they're cheap but they are the worse sort of crap.
