Alex Arrigone 24
hey all, well this is kinda a follow up of the last post about the lost permission due to a moody bird watcher. after the loss of our main permission, scott and myself decided it was needed to go on a search for new permissions as we now only had one and it has no activity on it at all. we spent 3 hours on friday asking farms with no luck, pretty sure ryan giggs turned us down from his stable too anyway, generally unsucessful. we called it a day and went home as it was getting dark. today we went out again on a mission to find a permission. 100 farms later moral was low, so was the petrol . we decided to give it anoter hour and then a greater power lent a hand. we arrived at an amazing farm for bunnies, perfect ground. we introduced ourselfes and boom! permission granted!!! 5 minutes down the road we pulled up at anoter farm, happy that we had another permission but skeptical about getting more, we said hello and within 10 seconds... permission granted!!! ive never smiled so much in disbelief! the guy said he thought the bunnies were cute but told us to go to town on the pigeons and rats as if we were'nt lucky enough... we gave a farmer a fluke call and he said yes over the phone. he wasnt even interested in meeting us, however we insisted to meet and went to his farm. he's the most down to earth farmer on the planet. we ended up getting permission to both his farms!!! what a day! 4 permissions in one day all witin 5 miles of our houses. unbelivable! and as a bonus the last farmer insisted in getting FAC and said he would happily sign the paperwork and help us get the licencse. rimfire in the pipeline i think lamping the new permission's tonight. pics to follow ATB lads Quote Link to post
