They have no problems with them going to a working home,,and only charge 5 quid, so your not bulging there pockets so that they can pick on whoever. Local inspectors are funded locally from rehoming fees. Anything donated nationally gets spent only by head office on political campaigns. If the local centres can not fund themselves and pay a certain amount to head office then they get shut down as they will never receive any help. The whole idea of the RSPCA was good but the problem is they allow their members to vote on who is on their ruling council. Because of this they have been hijacked by PETA, Animal Aid, The Animal Liberation Front etc. Of course this could quite easily go the other way of members of the CSA joined and thus had a vote on who gets to run the business.
