cdnhastings 23
http://www.wwmfg.com/default.asp?contentID=1165, and http://www.wwmfg.com/default.asp?contentID=1141, the second one is for the serious work, chopping roots, two foot of frost, etc. The rubber handle is saving my wrists and elbows everytime i strike the ground with it. save your pennies and get these you won't be sorry. OldNog 432
I would recon with postage to the UK they would be around the same price as the Bulldog shovels would be anyway. They do look like some strong gear. The shovel head doesnt look as massive as the bulldogs either. I prefer a smaller size for digging and i find the bulldogs a bit big and cumbersome some times in tight areas Quote Link to post
smasher 1,055
The cost of getting the spade over is nearly as dear as the spade itself, then you will be hit with the duty also, its a very well made spade, great for chopping and breaking up hard ground, since starting to use this spade the graft has almost become redundant,on the down side,as was mentioned on a previous tread, the head could be a bit wider and the handle a bit shorter, having said that if i were to loose it in the morning[because i don't think you would break it]i would have another,ps.if you order 2 or more you save a bit on postage Quote Link to post

Patterdale 085 i ordered mine from the site above, can remember the exact price,i think after buying the spade plus paying postage,it was about 90 euro,i then had to pay DUTY which i wasn't expecting,it will cost you some where between 100-120 euro depending on the strenght of the dollar, Quote Link to post
