Breaking jrt to ferrets

Can anybody give me any tips how to brerak my brothers jrt to my ferrets, the bitch is two and wants to crunch them at every available opportunity.

Canit be done? or is it a waste of time.

Bitch is a good busher and marks but doesnt like the ferrets!

A song comes to mind, the long and winding road good luck , it can be done with older dogs but I have a 3 year old terrier he despises them never going to get it

A lot of time and effort might do it ,but whats the dogs temperament like are you in total control or i can see there being a accident

I have the same problem mate. Terrier is slowly getting used to ferret but I wouldn't risk taking en out together.

Lurchers are much better suited.

my jrt bitch is 6 yr old and when shes with

ferrets aslong as im there she wont touch

them but as soon as my back is turned its

Maybe il just leave it, she does as shes told but no use using physical punishment to train her as it wont work, as soon as she sees ferrets she wants to nip them lol! il see how it goes!
