trade it in for a staff!

I most certainly concur but get a proper one not a shitty barreled kc effort  staffs are brilliant bushers, cracking prey drive and most of all intelligent (well mine is lol) bull terriers are cracking dogs but can lean towards ignorant and pig headedness plus they aint the gentlest of dogs much better suited to pre-ban hunting but hey ho there is always exceptions to the stereotype   my old bullterrier would annihilate anything in her path fur, feather or skin she was ultra racist and couldn't stand anyone wearing a motorcycle helmet as the ex nearly found out  lived until she was 17 aswell and was a right grumpy fuucker

Hey all,

My English Bull Terrier is 2.5 years old and has been tracking and chasing rabbits for about 3 months! He has never got any but has come close many times! He seems to like the ones that are moving in front of him. We only really go out at night. Well yesterday we went out to a thicket area on a sloping hill during the day and he was having such a good time (as he always does) more charging about than hunting ha ha.

I just wondered if anyone works this breed? He is 26kg and fast, I would say he gains on rabbits over a long run... he even chased a red deer the other day, more inquisitive than anything else... Pheasants, pigeons; he really is interested in the lot which Im so pleased with (as is he)

I just wondered if anyone had any tips as to get him more focussed towards bagging prey, his drive is immense but having never got any prey I cant judge him!

Any advice would be welcome..

Cheers
