new edition to team (border)

the young bitch is oxcroft thats were the good looks come from she is from derbyshire,working lines in her but we will wait and see im not to bothered i know i will get her working plus i have plenty of patience,and believe in giving borders the right amount of time to bring them on ooh im getting all excited again,on the minus side im starting from scratch again having just lost a young very promising dog so need another terrier for the team lets see what happens.

some piccies of young dog i picked up she is a border terrier and will be used mainly for ratting and the odd day marking bunnies,if all goes well

 

 

Can't see the photos. Nothing under the text at all. Can anyone help as it appears everyone else can see something. This happens on quite a few threads, either nothing at all or only [attachment=xxxxxx]

they are old posts the pics get removed after a while look at the dates any way here is a pic when i got her and one that is upto date.

That's a beautiful little dog. They are the breed for me although a lot of members don't appear to have high opinion of them. I've a border who is now 11 years old so is living the quiet life now. Never let me down in the past though. I maintain that as an all round dog i.e. worker and pet, because let's face it when they are not working a pet is what all dogs are, the Border cannot be beaten.

yes mate some good points she is coming along fine and she is in the house all the time very good with the children and the lurcher ,anyway each to there own she was bought for a purpose and thats what she is doing at the moment so cant complain.
