langouroux 14
Hello all, I currently have a Tikka T3 lite 6.5x55 and wondered if anyone can tell me what sort of recipe I would need to home load 140g soft point bullets. I need to know what powder and how much to use, which head would be good etc, I know what all rifles are different but if someone could give me a starting block I would appreciate it. I currently use 140g soft point federal power shock which the rifle seems to like, so I will be re-using this brass. Cheers langouroux Quote Link to post

chickenman 4
I can vouch for N160...or have a look at the Vitavouri site, their powdes work out cheaper, cleaner and are cracking in 6.5...i think N560 is for 6.5 too.....I tried varget and other powders before...yeah pk...but no where near as good as N160 Quote Link to post
