Attack Fell Terrier 864
I hope everyone in jail sees that he's a grassing piece of shit. Trying to screw your man's drum then go grassing him up when he defends his home, what a piece of f*cking dogshit! I hope he gets terrorised in prison for being a grass.

Malt 379
From the article: Judge Mettyear said: "The time has come when a message needs to be sent that you can't behave in this way and expect very little to happen to you. It's a shame that judges like him are few and far between.. It's also nice to see the police use some discretion for a chance, they could easily have charged the lad for wounding. Let's hope that this sets a precedent.
Born Hunter 17,763
I think the point here is that the man was protecting his family not his property. A lunatic was smashing his window through very agressively while the man and his family wer in the house and therefore was a serious threat to the safety of his family. Had the nutter not been acting violently I believe there would have been a different outcome! So dont go thinking you can start shooting at chavs in ya garden shed, unless of course they are trying to attack you and your air rifle just happens to be immediately to hand... A very fine line with things like this and one seemingly small fact could prove a very significant one when plod turn up.
Lee85 44
Obiously yes, i don't think anyone is going to shoot the chavs, tempting as it may be. It's a good story of common sense by the judge and yes it is all about protecting his family
