pete73 2 Posted February 16, 2011 Report Share Posted February 16, 2011 me new dog 17mths old never seen a thing me brother bred the dog three quarter saluki greyhound was mother. father saluki greyhound/whippet greyhound. brothers and sisters doing very well. been after the dog for awhile the lad who had it never run him at all just learnt him the basics retrieving and obedience. perfect age for me to start him. heres a pic of the dog what do you think? if it goes by looks i should have a master piece Quote Link to post

BIG ZOOK 5 Posted February 16, 2011 Report Share Posted February 16, 2011 The dog looks frightened by the stance of its tail,by 17 months ,as you said obediance should be paramount.Take it easy and enjoy the training ,looks a well proportioned dog .TBO mate i ruined a half cross collie greyhound bitch from hancock back in the late `s by trying to push her on .
