Guest The Shaman Posted January 26, 2007 Report Share Posted January 26, 2007 Easy pleased I am - I can and do drink most stuff whats on offer, Guinnes, bitter, lager, shorts vodka red bulls, sherry anything but Pernod/sambuca cant't stand the liquirice taste. And I stay well away from gin - tastes fine but makes me tearful for some reason In my younger days as a squaddie in the bars around Colchester - Oh the Wagon and Horses, the Bull, them were the days, I used to drink something called black and tan or something - a half of bitter, and then top it up with a little bottle of pale ale or special brew or something, killer stuff. I got caught having a pee in a public place (decent copper let me off), then I got caught in bed with a mates girlfriend not doing anything of course just crashed out together (butt naked tho as you do - )the atmosphere was a bit icy for a day or two then we had a laugh about it like you do and back on the razz together the next weekend.
