sleepy_saluki 5 Posted February 16, 2011 Report Share Posted February 16, 2011 female harris hawk for sale she will be 5years old in may IBR rung hunting wieght of 2.8 lovely nature this bird will never foot you she is like a baby once she knows you that is she may bate for first few days but once she knows you the food shouts will turn in to tweat mainly flown at rabbit but has taken hare squirrel and pheasant she will work over dogs and ferrets flown and begining of the season but due to the bad weather was put down and fed up and shifts at work are just not allowing me the time the bird deserves she is free lofted at the min but obviously her new own will bowing and boxing she is tottally silent never hear a squeak from her comes with : glove books swivels leashes dummy bunny creance line bow perch large fiber glass hawk bath chest freezer large plastic travel box little bit tatty but it only for transport to the field heat lamp with 250watt ceramic bulb this kept her night quaters 8x6 shed at staedy 8degrees when it was -12 to-14 over the harsh winter books £500 for lot this will be very sad sale might also sell the 8x6 shed with 10x8 weatherings for extra say £625 all in Link to post Share on other sites

timberdog 1 Posted February 17, 2011 Report Share Posted February 17, 2011 anyone who knows owt about BOP should know what the chaps going on about ...anyone who doeas not should not be owning or buying a BOP its not bets polcy for the birds welfare...i have owned many BOP over the years and sad when you see thme passed on or left in a mews not fed razor sharp breast bones etc ...really makes me mad when people attempt to buy these birds when they dont have a clue how to fly/look after them this bird is a cracker and should go to somone who knows the crack with birds!!
