Guest Ditch_Shitter
Sounds like ye'll need more than luck, mate! Any rabbit that can foul catch itself, or be taken by a fox and then reset the wire is going to be one bright boo boo! Ye got permission to be on that land? Someone's taking the piss somewhere along the line there  Quote Link to post
Bona 0
Exactely the same things happening to me. we were out in the field one morning and we watched a fox go round every single snared rabbit run looking to find a snared rabbit . clever things those fox Quote Link to post
mole catcher 1
and i thought that Wallace & Grommit film curse of the ware rabbit was fiction, its the new boggy man for the 21st century Quote Link to post
Yokel Matt 918
Someone with sticky fingers has been around matey... at least they had the decency to not nick your wires and even re-set them. You should really check them as early as possible mate if left overnight ie. first thing in the morning and i believe this is a legal requirement as well as a moral responsibility... I'm not jumping on a soap box here but it is important to know. The longer ther are there in daylight also increases the time that any catch (and equipment) can be made away with by light-fingered sods / fox's / badgers or be fecked up by carrion. Good stuff i need the thing on my patch to get humping to get the population up. Quote Link to post
