The Vermin Sniper is now ready to dispatch

Recommended Posts

Hi lads,

There has been a change in my personal circumstances in regards to work that as only just come to light within the last week.

Davy and Andy already know about these changes, so I wanted to tell you guys too.

As of April I am now posted to Canada for 6 months prior to being posted back to the UK in October for my remaining 1 year and 4 months in the military.

Due to this quick posting I have had to rearrange the new DVD into 12 sections instead of the intended 13.

I was intending meeting up with Rob (Spike25Blue) in the Summer to film a 13th section on his home made knives, but now sadly will no longer be able to do this due to time.

If Rob is still up for me filming with him I will be happy to do this properly in my 5th and final DVD that I will be starting to film when I’m back in the UK in October, as I will be posted to Nottingham which is not far from where he lives anyway.

I spend most of yesterday editing and finalising the DVD, and I can now say that it is officially finished and ready for your orders.

The DVD is 1 hour and 18 minutes long and will now cost £12.99 for Hunting Life members instead of the intended £14.99 that all other parties are still going to have to pay.

£12.99 also covers your postage.

If you want a DVD just let me know guys and I’ll get as many sent out before I depart to Canada.

Cheers

Si.

Just recieved this latest dvd, thanks si.

Very good dvd, informative topics, demos and reviews, not to mention oscar winning performances from owen, phantom and davy

Great dvd si, quality humane and clinical shooting galore, well presented and edited.

I especialy like the section "the ones that got away" as this I can relate to

The slow motion shots showing precise poi placements was great, I also enjoyed the slide show at the end, some realy great photos  ( iv even managed to get in a couple of them lol)

Who owns the quality chopping board wich says "pesky wabbits" complete with wabbits, made me chuckle

Well done si, the hard work you put in realy shows buddy.

5***** from me

Just finished watching my copy, which arrived this morning.

This is by far the most professionally edited of the set and the sections are all informative. I shall now be recalibrating the AO on my Weihrauch 100KT and rimfire scopes now that I have seen Si do it.

The properly conducted sound tests of the moderators were very good and the Twink Mk2 certainly looks excellent. I may have to talk to Davy about one for my AA 410TDR (which is very noisy compared to my Weihrauch)

I think the way this has been broken up into bite sized sections makes it very watchable.

As commented above, it is also nice to see the likes of Si and Davy miss sonmetimes, it doesn't make me seem such a plonker. :icon_redface:

Si - what is the bipod you have fitted to your new .177 HW100KT?

All the best

Thanks Richard buddy,

Glad that you liked the DVD and how it as been put together.

It's always nice to receive comments from customers and hear their views.

Regarding the ones that got away buddy, I think it's good to show people that even experienced hunters miss quite a lot and that they are not perfect in regards to shot to kill ratio.

Maybe if I had not shot so many longer range shots in the DVD, i.e vermin over 40 metres ect and not been shooting 99.9% of the time through that scope camera the section would of been slightly smaller but that's a true reflection of misses mostly due to windage and not range errors.

The bipod is a 9 to 13 inch model with a swivel attachment.

I got it for £21 from hong kong on eBay.

It's very good for zeroing your rifle, static hunting or scope camera shooting mate.
