whats the best type to go for? i dont mean for greyhounds\lurchers.

are you talking about for when the dog is on the end of a lead or for when its in the run?

i'm going for the baskerville muzzle. they dog can drink and pant.

he's been getting dominate with my mum as he lives with her now so he's getting castrated tomorrow and getting him a muzzle to stop him nipping his stiches.

its a good choice when the dog is housed on its own.

bascerville without a doubt, i have one for my lurcher who can one day be a nut job (not with people just other dogs and any animal accept sheep, cattle and horses)one day and fine the next. cloth muzzles can be dangerous as the dog can't pant, i personally think they shouldnt be sold

Hope the dog behaves but I have never seem a dogs behaviour improve by having its nuts ripped off. Vets only say it does because its one of their best earners.

No problems. Wasn't trying to have a go just saying that in my personal experience the only problem it solves is he wont make puppies if you a have a bitch in the house. I used to have a lab that was fine before but had him done to keep the wife happy. Cut his food by 75% and he still got fat.

I really hope it does work though as your mum is doing you a favour taking your dog and its not nice if the dog is upsetting her.

he just keeps growling at her when i'm not there, i go up everyday and take him for atleast an hour per day and she takes him for walks and feeds him but still a c**t to her.

Put an electric collar on the dog. When he growls at her get her to fry the f****r. He wont take long to calm down. Fact.

Having his nuts off won't stop your mum being soft with him and letting him dominate her. If one of mine growled at me i'd make sure it knew who was boss :boxing::chair:

same as that, my fell tried it on the other day. hard work for your mam judge, if the dog doesnt learn the status quo quickly its big enough to hurt her, suggest you should rehome to an experienced owner before the situation gets any worse
