bigears 205
£1000 for a lining get real who on this site would pay £1000 for a lining ? a dog has to be well known for a start who knows it ? if you put it to a good bitch you are not guaranteed to get any good pups, £10,000 for it, how old is it?, if it is in Ireland how many people are prepared to travel there for a lining not many i bet, most cant be arsed traveling 100 mile, also how many dog men in Ireland would run for £1000 ? bluebear 56
£10,000 you make that on studs fees over the summer when the hunting season is over. If the English men thought the dog was so good sure they will ask for service £1000 a service 10 bitches there your £10,000 and still have the dog. yes £10,000 a lot money but you have look at it like this will you ever get another dog like it???? and in the long run you make more out stud fees and coursing competitions and £10,000 will look cheap. Even if the dog only service one bitch a month that £12,000 a year for getting you leg over great well be looking a pm soon Tommy lol pity the da of that dogs dead Quote Link to post

CarraghsGem 92
there is also the possibility they have a buyer lined up themselves for even more money when someone offers you big money for something add at least 50% on to the price they are offering and you should come up with the real value of the animal/item Quote Link to post

(tommy.c) As the dogs not yours I don't really think you should've given out any info imo..........dosen't take a genius to find out who people are you've just told a internet forum with thousands of members that your mate as a dog worth £10,000 how many people have you told down the pub etc? Then they've told somebody else who's told somebody else and so on. If one of these people is a "wrong un" then I hope your mate as his dogs well secured 24/7 as £10,000 is a lot of money to some scally looking for a earner. 2 Quote Link to post
