valerio 32
on monday morning I decided to try a two holer less than 500 meters from my house. This small set goes down under a big rock and is undiggable as 90% of local earths are.My russell Tappo give a certain mark and was soon in and baing well.he bailed in the same spot for 20 minutes or so than I heard the sound of battle started and the quarry moved but didnt bolt and the dog started baing again and a new fight started.to my surprise the dog come out with some minor damage I encuraged him back in,he went back in and real fight started but no way he could bolt his quarry. After 10 minutes or so he come out again and didn't want to know more. Now the dog his 3 years hold and has allways done what I asked from him,he has been down with hard quarry up to the 3 hours mark in rock and has taken much worst punishment. All my friends rate my dog as a good one so I cant understand why he quitted so fast.as fast as his wounds are solved he will be back to action. Im interested in your opinion, can a good dog became a quitter in this way?or it was only a bad day? Quote Link to post

lucky 578
if the earth cant be dug and the quarry wont bolt, then eventually the terrier is gonna be sickened anyway, but maybe he killed is quarry, or maybe the quarry had moved on and the terrier could'nt get ? Quote Link to post
