For scenery anywhere from Stirling upwards. My favourite spots are the hills looking over stirling carse and the Tomintoul road up by Inverness.

For game...well thats a secret :whistling:

I am lucky enough to live and work in one of the most picturesque areas of Scotland

I've travelled over almost all of England, Wales and Scotland, never Ireland unfortunately but what are your favourite places and why.......

For me i love my home county of Lincolnshire, we have the rolling wolds, the coastline and the wide open fens, I love walking the dogs on a remote beach in a summer evening and swimming in the sea, visiting country pubs and somehow the pace of life seems slower here. I also love East Anglia, very similar to Lincolnshire and it has a relaxed feel and holds good memories.

Scotland, and sorry my Caledonian cousins but for me Scotland starts at Perth  , I have always found the highlands, especially around Inverness and Sutherland holds a magical quality and when im there i totally relax and switch off, seeing the huge herds of red deer, eagles soaring above the snow capped mountains and walking through remote glens and forests with the dogs, just solitude and nature...

In Wales i love the south as again its quiet, has strong traditions and scenery, North Wales holds childhood memories, my dad was born in Bethesda near Bangor and we spent caravan holidays there as a child.....

What about yours......

alot of seals on the east coast :whistling: swimming in the sea

i suppose its no suprise i love the yorkshire dales,, i can never get my head round how long it must have took to build those dry stone walls,,, some of them go near vertical up the fells.

like simo i have been fortunate to see a good bit of the uk ,, the highlands and west coast islands are stunning,,,, as are parts of devon and cornwall

Thats enough lip from you
