tote 854
When you have a hold of the rabbit blow gently into her nostrils, it might sound daft but has been known to work in the past. Quote Link to post

Gaz_1989 9,539
Blowing definitely works. I used it when I started my pup retrieving his toy. He wouldn't let go. Say give and blow on nose. They soon get the hang of it and realise give means give. Quote Link to post
scalesntails 118
Lick your finger and stick it up his bum. Only problem is it tends be even more horrible by the 2nd rabbit   Quote Link to post
super_si 0
When you have a hold of the rabbit blow gently into her nostrils, it might sound daft but has been known to work in the past. or blow in its ear, that should work, a nice big gust of wing in its ear will soon let go, atb Quote Link to post
DogMagic 461
My beagle x jack is a twat for not letting go. Its good really, its enthusiasm but sometimes you just want him to let you take it. I used to grab his bollox! Lol! My mate showed me this trick and it works, well to be fair i would let go of a rabbit if someone grabbed my balls! Lol! Dont hurt um, just cup um. Well i was doin this for a good few months, every rabbit that hit the net it was "good boy, give it" grab balls, kill rabbit, new net over hole, wait for next one. Then one day i missed and got hold of the flap of skin between his thigh muscle and rib cage. He still let go so i do that now. Quote Link to post
Catcher 1 639
Firmly hold the rabbit with ome hand. With the other litely squees the dogs bottom jaw.It will soon let go mate. Quote Link to post
undisputed 1,664
I love the cupping the dogs balls idea pissed myself at that lol.. As catcher says squeeze the bottom jaw gently making sure your pressing the lose skin into the dogs mouth onto it's teeth ... If that don't work blow on the dogs baws and stick your thumb up it's arse while softly singing oh Danny boy Into it's ear Edited February 11, 2011 by undisputed 1 Quote Link to post
