Malt 379
Just finished watching it, excellent program. This is the best series I've seen on TV for ages, fair play. What strikes a chord with me, is that these people have got something that we haven't had in this country for probably 1000 years or more: The freedom to live their lives unhindered and according to their customs. Yes they've got hard lives, but there's no c**t looking over their shoulders dictating how they should live their lives, they're just left to get on with it. It's totally alien to us in this country, here there's always been authorities controlling us ever since the first jumped up c**t started calling himself a king and bossing people about! All jokes aside, the human race would still be stuck in the dark ages if we all still lived like that, but there's a certain appeal to the lives of these people, even though they have to endure so many hardships just to survive from day to day.

That's very true, Malt There's so much so many in the 'developed' world can learn from those people. What really touchs me is the fundamental respect they have for their own and the world in which they live. They have values and a sense resposnsability that's so very sadly lacking with too many folks these days and that really makes me sad and sad for my children too. It seems our society's just getting worse by the day.
