But don't get too bogged down in the levels of this and that, measuring and adding up etc. Variety is the spice of life - you really don't need to get scientific. I've yet to see a parent who checks the protein, carb, fat and vitamin/mineral levels of foods for their kids' diet - and they all seem to grow just fine if fed sensibly EDIT - Put it down to a morning brain fart lads... this IS the right file - there are tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet which changes beef organs to pork, to mammal meats (including wild and domestic rabbit, boar, poultry etc etc).
